Overview

Date: Friday 14th May 2021
Time: 10.00am – 4.00pm

I am excited to host Shona Wilson for a fifth Ephemeral Workshop, close to the Sydney foreshore.

Her inspiration and guiding hand has opened my mind (and many others) to endless creativity using only the natural environment as material.

What to expect

Collaborations with Nature are held outdoors.

We begin the day with a stimulating presentation by Shona for the thought process and inspiration using natural materials to create an artwork(s).

After a series of ‘familiarisation’ exercises you will have open time to create your own works inspired from your imagination and the incredible variety of materials and elements found on site (and frequently overlooked as a result of our busy lives).

These playful, art explorations offer a unique experience. You will take your experience away in the form of images.

Max: 12 participants

  • sunscreen, hat & sunglasses
