Another day of fun and wonder painting landscape and still life subjects with sparkling texture and amazing results.
The secret is in the timing. Our beloved chooks and roosters will also be revisited briefly.
This workshop is suitable for anyone with no experience combing these mediums as well as for anyone who has attended Susie’s Chookie Magic day.
Frequent demonstrations combined with individual tuition ensures an inspiring and memorable day with plenty of tips and tricks to add to your repertoire.
Susie Murphie is a watercolour artist with more than 30 years experience. She shares her passion through teaching; skilfully capturing a moment in time with landscape, still life and animal subjects.

What to Bring
watercolours / brushes / large palette
an assortment of fine to coarse salt
a good supply of A3 and A4 watercolour paper
hake brush if you have one; alternatively a large square brush
water soluble black ink (and any other colour you own; sepia is a favourite)
small containers for mixing water and ink / larger containers for water
masking tape
paper towel and/or rag
water bottle spray (optional)
2B or similar pencil
